CITY OF DAREBIN REFUSAL TO GRANT A PERMIT

WHAT ARE THE REASONS FOR THE REFUSAL?

1. The proposal does not respect the existing or preferred Neighbourhood Character and is not consistent with Clause 22.02 of the Darebin planning scheme with regards to:

a) Clause 55.02-1 Standard B1 – The proposal does not respect the existing or preferred neighbourhood character
